I’m not even doing the hugeness of this role justice right now, but my hands are sweaty as I’m so excited for you.
Because this isn’t just being part of something big.
It’s owning it.
You’re stepping into a £10million client relationship with a £3m+ flagship project at the centre of it, and you’re the one holding it all together. Not from a distance, not as a checkpoint along the way, but properly in it from the first conversation through to standing on-site when it all comes to life.
You’ll be the one they look to.
Not just to deliver, but to get it.
To understand what they’re trying to achieve, challenge it where needed, sharpen it, and turn it into something that works creatively, commercially, and in reality.
You’ll build the story, pitch the thinking, sense check the detail, manage the budget, keep scope in line, and then be there when it matters most, making decisions in real time when things inevitably move.
It’s high-end experiential and it’s got to be perfect.
Exhibitions, environments, tech-led work where expectations are high and the margin for error is low. AI is already part of the conversation here, so you need to be someone who leans into that, not someone playing catch up.
That means you’re just as comfortable building the thinking and pitching ideas as you are keeping a grip on budgets, managing scope when things start to drift, and making tough calls in the moment when plans inevitably shift.
If you’re already doing this at a high level, you’ll recognise how rare it is to get this combination of scale, visibility and trust in one role.
Not many roles give you this level of ownership without layers getting in the way.
Not many put you this close to the client.
Not many roles like this exist anymore
And not many people have the creds to genuinely do it properly…
