This is a Senior Client Lead role where you’re trusted to own things properly.
No one hovering. No constant sign-off theatre. Just responsibility, autonomy, and accountability.
The agency is a £16m business with 38 very capable people. They care about the work, not the noise. Quality over volume. Outcomes over optics. And they’re looking for someone to take a solid £1m client portfolio and grow it to £3m.
Their clients sit firmly in financial and professional services. Conferences, leadership meetings, internal comms programmes. The kind of work that actually changes behaviour, not just fills a room or a slide deck.
What you’ll actually be doing:
Owning senior client relationships, start to finish
Setting the strategy, not just reacting to it
Reigniting accounts that have gone a bit quiet
Opening new doors where there’s genuine potential
Bringing structure where it’s missing and clarity where it’s overdue
This is a leadership role, not a babysitting one.
You’ll be judged on what you build, not how busy you look.
