Huge talent pool + more applicants + DIY = no need for external recruiter?

Go for it, and I’m here when you need me to pick up the pieces.

This amazing quote springs to mind when I hear people recruiting as a side of the desk job instead of getting a professional who spends every day day doing it.

“it’s better to have a hole in your business than an ars*hole”

You wouldn’t run a client event this way, so why would you not give your business the same level of service.

Hire a professional.
