“One person is not an island, so please don’t think it’s a power move to interview possible future colleagues on your own.
It makes you look like you don’t care about the journey they’ve taken to get in front of you and on a practical level, how can you actively listen, talk and take notes all at the same time.
Spoiler alert, you can’t, so please choose an appropriate colleague to interview with you, and then you have someone to bounce off afterwards”
