How to move forward after coming to a standstill.

The times they are a changing, and although it feels like the world is on fire, you can control a lot more than you thought.

I was asked to present a session at IMEX to help people, so I created a session helping people to reset, refocus and channel their energy in a more positive way and ensure they work on themselves just as much as their career.

I delivered the session under the following 3 learning outcomes.

Learning Outcome 1 Get out of your own way by focussing on what you can do, rather than what you can’t
Learning Outcome 2 Use mind mapping to get your head in the game and away from the negativity
Learning Outcome 3 Learn the difference between short, medium, long term planning for the future

I hope this helps you in some small way.
