It’s not who you know, it’s what you know.

I was recently interviewed by the legend who is Calum Di Lieto for C&IT magazine as with the #eventprofs world being turned on it’s head, #recruitment needs a new approach too.

Brand, corporates, agencies will need to scale fast to be ready for the influx of work as the desire for live and experience has never been greater.

It will be like the gold rush in the wild west so we all need to think differently and smarter as the sector we love starts to get back to it’s feet.

He also thanked me on behalf of the industry for my pro bono work, which was lovely.
