Get to know the person behind the brand.

It’s my birthday today, so I wanted to share something personal to give you an insight of what drives me to give my very best to clients and candidates alike every single day.

My brand is an extension of me as a human being and whilst I never usually have my kids’ faces in my posts, , my boys and my wife are the single most influential driving force behind why I set the business up, why I refuse to take short cuts for easy fees, and will always treat people the way in which I would hope to be treated myself.

Last year I was asked to be in a promotional video for SSG highlighting the work/life blend I’ve fostered (I can’t stand W/L balance BTW but that’s another post) and the lovely Christian and Lawrence ventured south to #Brighton.

*side note*

Hope you enjoy watching this as much as I did making it, and be warned, I’ve shed many tears since re-watching this as my boy has grown up in front of my eyes.

Stay strong, happy and healthy everyone.

The Six-Hour Day; is less actually more?

The way we work has changed, but the way we measure work hasn’t. The eight-hour day is still standard practice, even though very few of us are doing eight hours of focused, productive work. We're not clocking in at a factory or manning the phones in a 1990s sales...
