The Future of Recruitment

I believe I know the future of recruitment, and believe me it isn’t AI, Robots, Automation or some piece of shiny tech that will do it all for us. No, I believe the future of recruitment is much easier than that. It’s about being prepared for when you need to recruit rather than rush to fill a space and also reduce the dependency on recruitment agencies who are merely CV administrating, traffic managers at best. I believe in this so much, I agreed to be interviewed and filmed by @calebparker for his @futurein15 programme.
