Video interviewing will be the new normal for now…

As we’re all more than aware, the CV-19 virus has temporarily knocked our sector off its feet and changed how we currently work and in some cases for the foreseeable future.

Video interviews will be a huge part of the hiring model until we get through CV19 and as such, it’s imperative you’re fully prepared as you will literally only get one shot at making a good impression.

To a lot of people, this is a new approach and although lots of us have been in this situation before, with no face2face element available to us at present, the landscape has changed, and we need to be prepared

Video Interviewing tech, although not new, has generally been a supportive aid to the hiring process, however in these times of crisis, it is becoming more commonly used as the only form of interviewing available before companies make hiring decisions.

It’s always wise to be prepared as you only get one chance to make a good first impression.
