Robert recently put me forward for an ECD role and was extremely hands on in terms of organisation, setting up meetings and providing clear background to the role.
Even though it wasn’t a role I ultimately moved forward with, there was no pressure from his side, and he happily listened to all my feedback.
Overall it was a positive experience.
